A popular cake trend that I have been dying to make!! Who loves unicorns? Who loves cake? This is the perfect combination of the two – plus it is easily made with only one icing tip!
First step is to mold your unicorn horn and ears out of a gum paste and fondant blend. Once these have dried a bit, spray the horn and inner ear with an edible gold spray paint.
Frost your cake. I used tip 789, but use your favorite frosting technique.
Fill you icing bag with three colors, then pipe swirls and stars on the cake to make the unicorn mane.
Finally, add your unicorn horn, ears, a few gold sprinkles, and you’re done!! A magical unicorn cake for your family or friends to enjoy!
I had so much fun creating this cute and magical unicorn cake. Thanks for watching! Subscribe for more sweet free tutorials and cake TV!
